Dr Vinodhani Paideya

 
Dr Paideya is a first year Chemistry lecturer with approximately 20 years of teaching experience in secondary and tertiary levels of education.

She holds a BSc degree with a major in Chemistry and a PhD in Education with a focus on Chemistry and Curriculum Studies. Dr Paideya holds a certificate of training as a Supplemental Instruction(SI) Supervisor from  the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University SI National Office.

Her research interests include chemistry education as well as research in academic development, monitoring and support.
